- Connect qualified leads directly to your booking tool; route others to a nurture sequence

Lead Routing Logic
- If timeline is "ASAP" AND decision-maker → Route to booking page immediately
- If timeline is "Within 30 days" → Send booking link with low-pressure framing
- If "Just exploring" → Add to nurture email sequence; do not push booking
- If budget is below your minimum → Politely disqualify; offer a free resource or referral
- If no response after 2 messages → Flag for human rep follow-up with full transcript
